Job Responsibilities:
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Update policy and procedure as required needed
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Prepare yearly headcount plan
- Prepare staff retreat or staff annual party
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Checking monthly report of Payroll management
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Other tasks assign by CEO.
Job Requirements:
Technical Requirement
- MBA in HR or business management or Business Administration
- 3-5 experience in HR & Admin Director, and labor compliance
- Knowledge HR practices, and related local labor regulation & Business law
- Knowledge of hospitality, F&B
- Sound of English language, &computer literacy (Ms. Office)
- Sound of leadership, communication, and management
