Job Responsibilities: 
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Update policy and procedure as required needed
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Prepare yearly headcount plan
  • Prepare staff retreat or staff annual party
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Checking monthly report of Payroll management
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Other tasks assign by CEO.
Job Requirements:

Technical Requirement

  • MBA in HR or business management or Business Administration
  • 3-5 experience in HR & Admin Director, and labor compliance
  • Knowledge HR practices, and related local labor regulation & Business law
  • Knowledge of hospitality, F&B
  • Sound of English language, &computer literacy (Ms. Office)
  • Sound of leadership, communication, and management
