JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop.
- Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical defects.
- Maintain service and repair records on all equipment. Implement a preventative maintenance program for all equipment.
- Ensure the security of company tools and equipment.
- Maintain the spare parts store and run a monthly inventory.
- Carry out mower grinding and sharpening.
- Conduct general overhaul of motors.
- Install batteries, tires and wiring.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs made and orders. .
- Oversees the completion of work assignments by crewmembers and assists with field decisions regarding job procedures, work standards, and machinery use.
- Enforces safe working conditions with all job assignments and is responsible for instructing staff on proper equipment use and work methods.
- Supervises special projects and labor crews.
- Manages the building maintenance program and improvement projects.
- Reports all disciplinary problems to Superintendent or Asst.Superintendent.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
- Performs other duties as directed by the Superintendent or Course Superintendent.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- English proficiency.
- Minimum 2-year experience in related field.
- Leadership skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and high responsibility.
