JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance team.
- Perform monthly and yearly account closing
- Maintain a systematic schedule to record all transactions timely
- Accounting reviews, filing is in compliance with accounting standards/principles and registered accounting system
- Monthly internal/external financial/ accounting/ statutory reports are produced accurately in accordance with set timeframe
- Update P&L actual result and sending to CM and cluster
- Review monthly P&L rolling preparation and submission
- Review Fixed cost and A&P update
- Review the variances analysis on NS, COGS, and CO and advise the effect result is logical or not
- Provide advices on where to adjust in order to get result as per cluster instruction
- Prepare explanations / assumptions on monthly accrual
- Answer to CBS on questions related to semester BS schedule review
- Get A&P investment estimation from HMS
- Review A&P figures and comparing to see growth and build comments
- Get Fixed Cost (OPEX) from HR
- Review figures and comparing to see growth and build comments
- Simulate annual company’s P&L budget.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree, major in Account / Finance / Business
- Master degree or ACCA is a plus
- Working experience with ROI analysis
- Related experience with analysis and calculation
- Requires high degree of independence and pro-activeness
- High diversity in exposure to FMCG industry and roles
- Ability to focus and drive for results and efficiency
- Self-motivated, strong commitment and hard working
- Get the task done hands on efficiently, timely and effectively.
