JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibilities include assessing of students, provision of educational leadership, development of existing and new programs, management of quality assurance and professional development, team building, monitoring of compliance requirements and working to ensure that students receive the best outcomes.
- Responsibility for day to day of academic management and operation
- Manage and maintenance critical incident policy, grievance policy and emergency phone together with Head of Admin
- Deal with any emergency issues or any other issues requiring an immediate management decision, together with Head of Admin
- Liaise with the Admin Manager and Directors to update the internal policies when needed
- Developing of new, and updating of existing curriculum and academic
- Co-ordination of the purchase of, and development of resources and materials for both teaching staff and students
- Checking of pay claims and recording of teaching hours
- Coordination of all additional classes and club study
- Meeting and assessing of enrolled or potential students and the provision of academic advice
- Assessing and placement of students on their first day
- Delivery of the Orientation Program to all new students and Providing students with academic support and advice
- Implementation of the student feedback process and follow up
- Timely provision of graduation results in preparation for graduation certificates
- Other related duties, responsibilities and tasks will assign by school Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- MBA Degree in related field
- At least 5 years experiences of management level and in education industrial
- Computer Skills (MS. Word & Excel, Power point, Other IT Software,Internet, e-mail….)
- Knowledge of academic management and general office practices
- Understanding of the international education and Cambodian compliance issues
- Knowledge of the general needs of international students in terms of education
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills at an operational level including effective management of people
- Able to work effectively both independently and as a team
- Skill in public speaking
- Must be able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks
- Very good in English communication skills, strong organization and problem solving.
