JOB PURPOSE:
Main mission is to drive and champion our ambition as a credible leader in early life nutrition. Together with the solutions and science team, you will need to lead in development of Channel Strategy Plans and ensure that the plans and activities are implemented effectively to achieve the function goals and objectives. You will need to execute the plans to uncover the healthcare customer’s (HCPs) needs, raise HCPs’ awareness and knowledge on our products and provide suitable nutritional solutions to drive BOFC and company credibility. You will also need to work closely with sales team to enhance pharmacies’ and trades’ awareness for our TN product ranges to provide nutritional solutions for their customers.
As Channel Strategy Manager, you will need to achieve the company mission by supporting to create a high performing team, addressing HCP’s needs in a tightly regulated environment, keeping constant contact with key customers, HCPs and KOLs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
− Channel Strategy Plan Development & Execution
- Develop & execute HCN marketing plans including launching new products and kick off communication campaigns to drive COFC and BOFC
- Manage relevant projects and campaigns to ensure achievement of the business objectives
- Develop and manage distribution of communication materials (Detailing Aids/tools, POSM and Gimmicks) by working closely with HCN Science and Solutions team, Sales & Marketing Team and RA/Compliance team by ensuring that all the materials are compliance with milk code and internal policy
- Ensure the communication messages are developed based on proper research and deliver effectively to the target HCPs/KOLs
- Ensure the performances/KPIs of the plans are achieved.
− Communication material development & HCP Research
- Work with S&I team to conduct relevant HCP researches to inform the decision on communication materials and key messages development
- Work closely with Solutions team to develop communication materials(Detailing Aids, POSM/gimmicks and ensure the materials are used correctly as planned and the messages are effectively communicated to the targeted HCPs.
- Manage agencies in development and production of communication materials and promotional events.
- Conduct monitoring visit to ensure materials produced/activities are executed based on plan and compliance with Right Way
- Lead and organize branded CME/medical congress events in coordination with Science & Solutions team to drive COFC and BOFC among target HCPs/KOLs.
− Budget Planning & Management
- Develop budget plans for HCN Channel Strategy activities
- Manage functional budgets to ensure that the budgets are spent effectively as planned with protein behavior
− Intelligence and Insights Gathering
- Analyze relevant information from market insights to keep abreast with market opportunities
- Monitor all competitors’ activities and collect intelligence on relevant Healthcare Facilities and HCP Universe, e.g. identifying new contacts,birth rates and potential customers and propose strategies to counteract with competitors and catch up the opportunities
- Demand forecast accuracy based on analysis of past/market trends and calculation of current trends.
− Collaborate with Science, Solutions and Sales team to increase off-take
- Collaborate and coordinate with Science, Solutions and Sales team to ensure off-take increases at medical channels
- Work closely with Science, Solutions, Marketing, Sales and Trade Marketing Team to develop and monitor sales programs/projects to ensure we get more new users in compliance with internal right way & local milk code.
- Lead the team to analyze and review off-take & IMS performance of each areas and propose new strategies and plans to head of department
- Conduct market visit with the team regularly to monitor the off-take and competitor activities and take actions to counter-act with the competitors
- Join monthly sales meeting with Science, Solutions and Sales team to review IMS & new users and deal with operation challenges with the team.
− People Management
- Work with Science and Solutions Team to encourage the capability development for the front line team to ensure effective communication with the target HCPs
- Support to provide classroom training and/or on the job coaching on using communication materials to communicate effectively with the HCPs
- Plan and deliver on team IDP and ensure sustenance in people resources in his/her area
- Responsible for motivating and encouraging team to develop and achieve company goals and objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
− Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor/Master of Business Administration, Marketing or relevant degree
- Computer literate
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Khmerlanguage
- Relevant knowledge in nutrition & medical is a plus.
− Experience
- At least 5-year relevant experience in Marketing for Nutrition/Pharma industry or FMCG (experience in Healthcare Nutrition would be an advantage)
− Specialist Knowledge
- Marketing, event agency management & production of materials.
