Job Responsibilities: 
  • Checking the handover property (Condominium or House) conditions from related departments
  • Coordinating and inviting customers to inspections and handovers their property (Condominium or  House)
  • Following up on building progress with the Construction Department
  • Conducting and confirming internal inspections before inviting customers to do the inspection and handover
  • Informing customers about updated information related to their property
  • Contacting and inviting customers for property (Condominium or House) inspection and handover
  • Coordinating with the Construction team to handle all the related issues to unit and handover and property (Condominium or House) condition
  • Preparing/facilitating/coordinating all related documents for the handover process (regulations, water and electricity bills etc)
  • Coordinating with the Property Management Company to ensure all their tasks are well performed
  • Reporting to the line management as required
  • Various tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
  • Strong facilitating/communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Basic construction background or related experience
  • Computer knowledge and competency in: MS Office, Photoshop,Internet and Email
  • Speak Chinese proficiently
  • Able to work on weekends (Days off will be arranged during weekdays)
