Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the planning and implementation of art & design requirements
• Assist in defining project tasks and resource requirements
• Assist the art Sales and Marketing Supervisor in developing creative briefs
• Design and produce sales and marketing tools used for advertising,branding or sales
• Administration activities according to the brand strategy and company’s creative direction.
• Contribute to the improvement of the visual identity of the property project.
• Create marketing tools (banner, newsletters, guidebooks, edited videos
• Manage the update design on social media pages of the company.
• Daily check and improvement the working environment to be clean,nice and become the place Where everybody wants to work.
• Others tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Cambodian only
• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Fluent in both speaking and written English and Khmer
• At least 1, 2 years’ experience as graphic designer
• Working knowledge of Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator,Design …)
• Experience in Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Past experience designing for print and the Web/Social Media
• Knowledge of Khmer Unicode
• Experience with illustration
• Good interpersonal, Organization, Communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and with deadline.
• Familiarity with photography
• Knowledge in 3D software is a plus
• Must be a team player
• Proactive learning attitude.
