JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of air and sea freight spaces booking and operation, organize and coordinate necessary resources such as broker/trucking company to ensure the high quality service to customer.
- Provide solution according to customer’s need.
- Monitor daily operation of air/sea cargo, continuously optimize SOP.
- Train and coach forwarding team to improve knowledge and skill.
- Solve any complaint from customer,maintain good relationship with customer.
- Maintain good relationship with partner,such as shipping/air/trucking/broker and also customs.
- Closely pay attention to industry information and provide good proposal to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree, major at logistics/marketing/trade preferred.
- At least 3 years of experiences in Forwarding industry.
- Excellent project management ability and good communication skills.
- Good service mind and problem solving ability.
- Excellent command of English (Chinese speaking is added advantage)
- Be well-versed in computer literacy: Ms.Office application, and Internet & Email.

- Strong commitment to learn and share.
- Be patient and able to work under pressure.
