JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and supervise general ledger records in day to day operation
- Supervise and review petty cash balance and bank reconciliation
- Prepare and analysis monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
- Oversee, manage and forecast cash flow
- Prepare annual financial budget
- Prepare monthly and quarterly expense forecast
- Analysis expenses by projects
- Implement financial control and management on day to day operation.
- Establish and execute accounting policy
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related disciplines
- Three year working experiences in accounting, finance, auditing, or related fields.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- Intermediate user of MS office, especially MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in fact-paced environment
- Result-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy
- Be proficient in English and Khmer.
