Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of accounting function including the effective management of the daily accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate closing of month end accounts and preparation of financial statements in accordance with Cambodian Accounting Standards.
- Responsible for monthly tax computations of company for timely submission to Cambodian Tax Authority.
- Responsible for financial forecasting and annual budgeting process.
- Develop corporate dashboard, track performance against budget and optimize the company financial KPIs, cash flow and liquidity.
- Manage and ensure all Treasury Management functions are carried out in efficient and effective manner.
- Review and prepare all necessary schedules for the year-end external audit;
- Liaise with external auditors and various regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IT security requirements and ensure confidentiality of the company’s information.
- Strengthen current finance-related internal control and drive systems/process improvement for all divisions and branches
- Align and develop team and department capabilities to deliver long-term growth and a healthy pipeline of future leaders.
- Any other projects or assignments that management may require from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Degree of Accounting, or professional qualifications from recognized accounting body (ACCA / CPA qualifications willbe an advantage)
- Experience in taxation law and managing regulatory tax submissions
- Proven management and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coach and develop team to build capabilities
- Experience in using ERP systems (Experience in implementing new ERP systems will be preferred)
- Minimum 5-8 years in Finance and Accounting managerial positions (in FMCG Sales and Distribution industry will be an advantage)
