Job Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Commercial Director to implement Business Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) by mapping out each department operation process that consists of Sale & Pricing, Import & Export Duty Free & Duty Tax, and Custom Brokerage Service at border & transshipment formality to Dry Port as well as Cargo Delivery.
- Working closely with Head of Finance& Accounting Manager to implement policy and segregations of duty as well as understanding all about accounting recording such as: all work stations’expense and how invoice is billed.
- Engaging and interviewing with Team Leader to understand work flow, cross functional operations, mapping out the detail process and work closely with Software Developer in order to implement New Processing System to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Arranging and managing department meeting for training as well as problem solving for any cross functional operation issues.
- Preparing operation report, user KPI,and make sure all parties are understand the usage of the system.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of IT or related filed
- Knowledge of ERP system and SAP is needed
- Good communication in English both,spoken and written
- High commitment and self-directed
- Able to work under pressure and process good time management skill
- Strong communication and problem solving skill
- Computer literacy in Micro Word, MS Excel
- Must be honest, hard-working and able to work independently
- Flexible for timing.
