JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions,and site visits
- Seamlessly integrate and working with managers design consultants, to produce and alter drawings
- Think creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings that work
- Create and continually update project drawings lists
- Print various formats of drawing sets for managers and site superintendents
- Systematically save sketches and drawings on our CAD updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made
- Review and check sketches and drawings for errors, before sending to subcontractors and team works.
- Seek clarity and understand from engineers and managers when you are not 100% certain of something
- Organize and upload drawings to sites/collaboration project sites to share drawings with project and subcontractors
- Create, edit, and update standard details for use in projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Structural/Civil engineering or other relevant fields
- 5 years’ experience in relevant fields
- Possess good technical knowledge in structural design
- Site Inspection or supervision experience on building and/or infrastructure construction projects
- Computer literate (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD and 2D & 3D)
- Be able to identify, analyze and solve technical problems
- Be honest and trustworthy
- Hard working and be able to work under pressure.
