Job Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee a social media strategy
  • Manage and maintain the corporate and projects websites
  • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram etc
  • Track and analyses website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Attain key performance indicators (KPI) such as reducing website bounce rate,increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the websites
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content
  • Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
  • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Work on printed material to supplement online products
  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
  • Managing budgets;
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns;
  • Monitoring competitor activity;
  • Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
  • Research competitors both online and offline
  • Gathering data and insights for future projects. Demographic data. Unit specifications. Etc
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Economics and other business related disciplines are mostly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Website and social media content;
  • Ability to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends;
  • Understanding of customer segmentation;
  • Strong and confident communicator;
  • A creative approach;
  • The ability to work well as part of a team;
  • Drive, motivation and enthusiasm;
  • The ability to work under pressure and towards a deadline;
