JOB PURPOSE:
Assist in developing & implementing digital campaigns via website & social media
- Assist in implementing digital strategic plan to drive consumer engagement and align with brand and company strategies.
- Assist in developing and managing development of contents for digital activities including websites, micro sites,social media platforms.
- Assist and coordinate with digital agency on daily operation in developing creative, new innovative tools (content formats) for digital platforms.
- Assist in project management of amplifying brand and topical campaigns including ads placement and channels,contents & creative development, video, photography, FB lives, video production.
- Manage/ monitor online community to maximize online presence, positive feedback and consumer engagement for the brands.
- Manage consumer data from online to support CRM function and brands.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital content & campaigns
- Assist and implementing digital activities on social media and web following digital calendar.
- Assist and coordinate with agency in a project management of amplifying brand and topical campaigns includes: video production, FB live, photo shooting etc.
Database management & Reporting/Analysis
- Perform monthly Social Media report and analysis to track ongoing performances of digital
- Manage consumer data from online to support CRM function and brands
- Track and verify report of web and social media ongoing campaigns.
Quality of service
- Ensure accuracy of contents both social media & web
- Manage and monitor to ensure timely deliveries of monthly Facebook contents and identify for area for improvement to ensure the content are relevant, target insightful and on-trending on digital.
- Manage/ monitor online community to maximize online presence, positive feedback and consumer engagement for the brands.
Continuous improvement
- Coordinate and manage communication validation management process, production process, content & creative development process.
Cross functional liaison
- Support CRM & Marketing teams,close proximity with Finance, RA, HCN, FOQUAL team.
Daily operation
- Work with digital agency indeveloping contents, creative, online tools for social media + web to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage communication validation management process with internal stakeholders and payment/ purchasing process for agencies and suppliers.
Project Management
- Assist in project management of amplifying brand and topical campaigns including ads placement and channels,contents, creative, video, photography, FB lives, video production.
Report
- Perform monthly Social Media report and analysis to track ongoing performances of digital Vs competitors updates.
Cross-functional proximity
- Process internal approval with relevant team: Finance, HCN, Careline supervisor, Ra, brand team, FOQUAL team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Degree holders of media and communication or relevant degree
Experience
- Experience in marketing, media,journalism, copy writing both English/Khmer
- Relevant social media management,digital marketing, on line community management experience
Specialist Knowledge
- High level of computer literacy (especially, Excel and Database)
