AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITIES: 
  • Ensure sufficient fast-moving stocks distributor
  • Ensure DFM slides presented are already aligned with HMS and be clearer in explaining the issues
  • Ensure on time submission of KH 18months rolling forecast to supply point (Nilai in Malaysia) by 25th of the month
  • Warehouse       
  • Ensure annual warehouse audit is done as per timeline and provide clear result and recommendation to distributor.
  • Cascade the standard quality toolkit to internal staffs
  • Close all the gaps / recommendation if cross audit to be happened
  • Ensure all complaints are properly solved within timeline
  • Ensure all tasks assigned by Line Manager are on priority and deliver with quality within timeline.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage HMS to provide rolling forecast of M+3 and 18months before and after Pre Global process system
  • Prepare shipment rolling quantity based on sell out forecasted
  • Lead Demand Forecast Meeting (Pre Global process system) among HMS and cluster team
  • Monitor Nilai (factory in Malaysia) performance to assess ability to meet product quality and delivery
  • Reflect rationalization SKUs, innovation & renovation into forecast 
  • Get approval from cluster and Country manager on 18M shipment rolling
  • Coordinate cluster for warehouse audit at main distributor and branches
  • Coordinate with warehouse for co-packing of promotion banded, conduct physical stock count of expired/damage, donation if require from project owner.
  • Work with cluster to get update on iCare plan
  • Quarterly update iCare activities in Business Fundament meeting
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor degree of accounting/finance/economic, Master degree is a plus
  • 7 years experiences and at least 5 years with FMCG is a plus
  • Bottom up sales forecast
  • Demand and planning process and any experience related to inventory management
  • Self-independence and pro-activeness to drive for result and efficiency
  • Self-motivated, strong commitment, smart and hard working
  • Proactive, good follow through and results oriented
  • Analytical and with good presentation skills
  • Relevant knowledge in analysis and calculation
  • Advance in Microsoft Excel.
