JOB DUTIES:
- Lead the CS team to achieve daily CS tasks related to express booking, pick-up and delivery, express query, complaint handling and cooperation with operation team…etc.
- Build and train CS team and keeping improvement of the quality of CS.
- Be able to manage and plan of administration and business of CS team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in any related majors.
- Experience in handling with Customer Service Management
- Be familiar with local logistics and express market.
- Be able to communicate in English.Chinese speaking would be added advantages.
