JOB DUTIES: 
  • Lead the CS team to achieve daily CS tasks related to express booking, pick-up and delivery, express query, complaint handling and cooperation with operation team…etc.
  • Build and train CS team and keeping improvement of the quality of CS.
  • Be able to manage and plan of administration and business of CS team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in any related majors.
  • Experience in handling with Customer Service Management
  • Be familiar with local logistics and express market.
  • Be able to communicate in English.Chinese speaking would be added advantages.
