JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • The scope of the Service Division include, but is not limited to:
  • Services requiring site intervention, and modification works
  • Commissioning services
  • Clients and operator training
  • After-sales claims management including troubleshooting, warranty(existing client base)
  • Before-sales support services, site surveys and troubleshooting activities (new clients)
  • Retrofit works
  • Technical surveys, audit, quality power analysis
  • Spare parts supplies in after-sales stage
  • Maintenance activities
  • Package services framework
  • Services Business Development
  • As the leader of our Service division, you will be in charge of services operations with the following objectives:
  • Offering our customers exceptional customer service experiences
  • Answer questions and provide expert advice with engineer support teams
  • Resolve support issues within an acceptable time frame
  • Improve the company’s credibility and boost its reputation
  • Nurture valuable relationships and maintain customer loyalty
  • Increase sales
  • Develop a communication plan around our client support services activities
  • Set up excellence standards and processes to ensure consistent service excellence
  • Establish a training program to teach employees how to behave in every situation and how to respond to customers (address customer complaints, be responsive and proactive, when to perform service, how to answer the phone, etc.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Demonstrated experience (5+years) working in the Electrical and Automation industry
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience working with or consulting with construction professionals
  • Understand plans,specifications and other technical documents received from customers
  • Able to work with field engineers, technical support, and project managers to develop solutions,proposals, submittals and quotes for industry-related projects
  • Strong technical knowledge and abilities are a must
  • Excellent planning, project and time management skills
  • Previous sales experience’s a plus
  • Able to work independently and under high pressure, be a leader in setting new standards for excellence
  • Excellent communication skills – English and Khmer – spoken and written
  • Strong computer skills(Google Drive, MS Office, Internet, AutoCAD)
  • Clean and valid driving license
  • Report to head office,coordinating projects, deliver technical presentations about products and services to clients
  • Providing training and producing support material for company employees and/or customer field engineers.
