JOB PURPOSE: 

Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of Customer Engagement Representatives team involving Sales Orders key-in the SAP system, Customer Service and Sales/Promotion of company products by phone.

Supervises Company services acceptance on customers and reports any missing expected service level

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build Telesales capabilities within Customer Engagement Team in regards to the telesales infrastructure as well as the team training and development
  • Organize and monitor tasks related to Sales Order processing (Sales Order key-in SAP, Price List maintenance, Discounts and Promotion implementation…) to be performed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Organize and monitor Sales and Promotion of company products by phone,typically by using a pre-established sales script
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly the service level to Customers of ZP
  • Develops and manages sales assignments, trains Customer Engagement Representatives, and tracks  team progress towards meeting quotas
  • Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on individual and team performance
  • Ensure that all customers inquiries/complaints are properly handled and recorded when needed. Coordinate with any relevant departments for this purpose.
  • Build Telesales Infrastructure & Team Capabilities
  • Customer Engagement Team performs all daily required tasks with accuracy and on due time
  • Sales Targets achievement
  • Customer satisfaction and good relationship.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven work experience as Customer Service and/or Telesales Supervisor.
  • Minimum 1 year experience leading Customer Service and/or Telesales Team
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational skills driven towards processes optimization
  • Self-reliant, honest and hard-working
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Good computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking performance KPIs with Microsoft Office Suite,especially Excel.
  • Experience/knowledge in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
