JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage CDO’s and canvassing, effectively coordinate with ASGM and internal sales force
- Execute the customer marketing and category plan by customer group and feedback about customers’ demand
- Approach key account member and high potential customers in catchment area
- Build and leverage our strategic plans to attain sustainable growth and advantage by building customer loyalty
- Develop and execute strategies, in line with the overall corporate and store objectives, to improve customer base, retention and growth on all areas of key customer variables
- Develop strategies in the efficient handling of customer complaints;feedback and provide solutions
- Develop and implements effective store canvassing strategies, correct mapping and training
- Manage team to acquire new customers for the stores
- Ensure effectiveness of Company delivery; provide timely data to evaluate courier and distribution strategies
- Manage subordinates’ performance by setting performance expectations,and leading them towards attainment of the same. Set global objectives and targets while analyzing the past performance of the customer list. Set quantifiable objectives for the store.
- Provide proper OJT coaching to CDO’s to ensure they take effective customer approach
- Analyze the customer reports to track the evolution of the business unit and manage the customer life cycle; ensure the correctness of customer database by CDA
- Ensure compliance to established store policies and procedures
- Ensure proper management of costs, productivity and manpower complement in his/her group
- Develop good attitude, high motivation for his/her team by training,analyzing competencies, and coaching
- Prepare monthly manpower schedule for CD staff
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics,computer science or related courses
- At least 2-3 years supervisory experience in sales and customers service, database management of a retailer or wholesale organization.
