JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Channel Strategy & Program

  • Propose goal and KPIs for the programs implement in the territory and track ongoing results
  • Develop loyalty program to support sales team to achieve KPIs
  • Develop effective and creative in store activities to gain new users especially from competitor
  • Ensure and control trade promotion budget to achieve sales (all channels) efficiency
  • Develop execution plan, update the progress and solve the issue in trade every promotion/campaign to make sure the progress on time
  • Monitor closely with sales team about promotion result and implement it efficiently.

Drive category strategy & program

  • Responsible for understanding the performance of all SKUs within a category, the constraints of the market, and optimizing the variety of SKUs offered for the category as it relates to the strategic plan.
  • Develop strategic plans that will address the overall category business plan, both in volume and profit goals to deliver industry leading results;including category long range planning and review meetings with SMS.
  • Build effective internal and external professional relationships at all levels.
  • Responsible for conducting total category management analyses studies in order to improve category strategies.
  • Leverage strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to mine data and identify performance trends by category and/or segment, including analyzing multiple sources of data, determining limitations of the source data, and recommending actions based on the analysis required.
  • Leverage category insight and communication skills to attain highest level of strategic influence with the customer relative to other teams.Identify and counter competitive strategies. Adapt new strategies to take advantage of ever changing consumer dynamics

Key Account Management

  • Develop and manage key account strategy and plan to drive vertical and horizontal growth
  • Identify key account issues and opportunities
  • Build credibility via early engagement and category drive
  • Develop Trading Term and Joint Business Plan with key accounts to drive business growth, off-take, products trial etc.
  • Build Company of First Choice by building strong relationship from top level to store execution levels with each key account
  • Build brand visibility and increase share of shelves
  • Work closely with key account and key account’s stores/branches on weekly, monthly, and yearly demand plan and their total supply chain cycle
  • Work with key account executive and distributor Sales Team to ensure products listing and services are delivered on timely manner to customers
  • Work on key account profiling.

Supporting campaigns

  • Functionally and cross-functionally support campaigns to ensure the assigned activities of the campaign KPIs are achieved.
  • Support the national campaigns execution such as space acquisition for secondary display, national consumer promotion, price support ready ahead roadshow kick-off and avoid last minute works.

People management

  • Deliver individual in-field coaching to ensure team members are effective in their roles
  • Provide on-the-job coaching/training to develop high performance,demonstrate in-field best practices
  • Plan and deliver on team TDP and ensure sustenance in people resources in his/her area
  • Responsible for motivating and encouraging team to develop and achieve company goals and objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor/Master Degree of Business Administration, Marketing, or Management 
  • Computer literate
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Khmer language
  • Relevant knowledge in infant nutrition and food science will be an advantage
  • Experiences in working with the retail or channel marketing, Key Account Management, or Trade Marketing
  • At least 3-year experience in a managerial/Supervisory role
  • Understanding retail and channel landscape and trend, category and channel marketing
  • Professional leadership with positive mindset, ownership, speed,details oriented

  • Creative, proactive, good follow through and results oriented
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills including written & spoken English and Khmer language
