JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Directly supervise Assistant BD Manager and BD Assistant.
  • Provide assistance to COO in various areas particularly in sales,marketing, and business development by reporting to her, representing her in meetings with partners and other for a assigned by her.
  • Under the direction of COO and Sales and Marketing Director, develop plans and budget for researches, consultancy works and facilities development in the projects in accordance with the company’s strategies.
  • Develop network with facilities development investors through networking events, showcases, and seminars/workshops.
  • Prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) for consultancy works on business strategies on facilities development and other research projects to be commissioned by the Company.
  • Oversee the consultancy work carried out by the Business Consultant in developing the company’s strategies on new infrastructure development including schools, shopping malls and hotels.
  • Under the guidance of COO and Dep’t Director, come up with business proposals, identify potential partners, undertake negotiations and enter into partnership with them.
  • Provide support and strategic guidance to Sales and Marketing teams to boost more sales in order to reach planned targets and the company’s profit objective.
  • Under the guidance and supervision of COO and Sales and Marketing Director, develop the company’s Branding Strategy.
  • Do other tasks assigned by COO and Sales and Marketing Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required. Master’s preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Real Estate Development experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to lead small research projects
  • Excellent written and speaking English
  • Ability to oversee consultancy works and research projects
  • Ability to use MS Office, outlook, internet and other related applications.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with investors, contractors and clients
  • Be flexible, detailed, precise, serious and patient
  • Excellent time management
