JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a detail business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
- Defining business requirement and reporting them back to stakeholders.
- Work with Project Managers, Tech Leads to improve the internal processes and drive efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in project user acceptance testing when required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Head of IT and CIO.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Business Administration Degree or Business Management along with any IT Qualification.
- Sound Knowledge in Process Improvement.
- Ability to converse in English fluently – Mandatory.
- Ability to converse fluently in Khmer (Cambodian Language) – Mandatory.
- Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation is an added advantage.
- Working experience in an IT company and ERP system is an added advantage.
