JOB PURPOSE:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Management
- To assist Marketing Manager to develop Super Gold Market to meet sales and profit targets; develop strategic marketing plan and lead into execution; Assist on A&P budget to manage expense effectively within budget approved.
Market Analysis
- To effectively track retail audit data and market trend to monitor on brand performance. To assist Marketing Manager to gain in-depth understanding of pre-determined market segments, consumer usage, attitude and perceptions to identify windows of opportunities or as confirmation of proposed launches.
Business Development
- To build consumer relationship and loyalty through direct communication and marketing activities. Do Market Visit and Consumer Connect.To maintain and remain updated with market, competition and other related information.
Event Management
- To coordinate and implement on roadshow, sponsored events that enhance brand relevance, image and selected venue match to the brand proposition.
Department Relation
- To liaise with and draw co-operation from other departments on matters related to production development, refinement and launch.
Media Monitoring/Competitors
- To work on monthly media booking/monitoring, to check on monthly report / price index and competitors update. To work on other task assigned by Marketing Manager/Marketing Director.

People Management
- Lead and supervise brand executive team to drive effective brand strategy on Super Gold plan.
Planning and Execution
- Input idea to develop plan and market analysis, environment,competitive and consumer trends as well as the desired business objective of the company.
- Once plan approved by the management, ensure high quality execution of the brand/business plan in a coordination with sales, HCN, Media agency within agreed objectives and budget.
- Update and analyzing price index quarterly and Flash Call report to monitor competitor prices and performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Knowledge
- Possess a recognized degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing,Nutrition or dietetics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English &Khmer language
- Well versed with current issue related to infant nutrition and food science
- Able to drive a motor/car and possess a valid driving license
- Computer Literature.
Experience
- Minimum 3-years experiences in consumer goods industry.
