Job Responsibilities:

• Building up team for the company’s business operations in Siem Reap;
• Supporting teammates to implement company’s strategic plans;
• Overseeing the day-to-day operation in the office to ensure quality service;
• Set targets and support sales team to ensure that they do their work correctly;
• Coordinating the implementations of strategic and tactical plans between Head Quarter and Siem Reap office.
  

Job Requirements:

• Having at least 2 years experience in management position;
• Possessing excellent leadership qualities;
• Holding Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, hospitality or related fields;
• Ability to use English proficiently(Chinese is an advantage);
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to handle high-pressured situations effectively; and
• Ability to understand and use technology-related applications effectively.
