JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Manage annual business plan and budget of branch.
  • Research and monitor all competitor products to avoid our market share drop.
  • Responsible for Member, Bill payment, Payroll Company, Merchant, Sale Lottery, and Agency recruitment.
  • Manage cash in and out flow to Finance and relevant department.
  • Manage all call card for sale team to be effectively.
  • Manage Profit and Loss of branch.
  • Provide Training to internal staff and agency.
  • Work as branch security controller.
  • Build good relationship with local authority and private sector to support ASM.
  • Work as central point for complaint handling and problem solving.
  • Develop and maintain deeper relationships with strategic partners both internal and external, becoming a trusted advisor to them.
  • Regular visit agency for increase sale volume.
  • Support corporate sale team such as Merchant, Payroll, and Bill Pay.
  • Leading and coaching sale team to ensure our productivity growth.
  • Drive Retail Business such as Agency and Lotto to hit target.
  • Develop and operational reporting as needed.
  • High respond from management team in emergency case or report by Wechat.
  • Report and Perform tasks assigned by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in business administration, finance,marketing, or equivalent degree
  • At least 3 years’ experience in banking / commercial banks, microfinance and 2 years related experience as manager.
  • Have experience in field is better
  • Knowledge of the principles and procedures of accounting, financial and accounting systems.
  • Specializes in issues and decisions, leadership.
  • Specializes in the planning, monitoring and reporting arrangements.
  • Willing to work flexible and think about action.
  • Have excellent communication skills, teamwork. Willing to work,initiative and flexibility.
  • Computer literacy MS Office, Accounting Systems.
