JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Working with internal team, marking staff and others manager to increase sale opportunity.
  • Build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals.
  • Appointment vendors to support customers.
  • Follow up sales about quotations, status, and adjustment from customers.
  • Follow up selling price, lock deal discount price and adjusted price from vendors.
  • Prepare and pointed Sales for training.
  • Others task assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor Degree equivalents or upper degree in Business. Management, Marketing or related field.
  • Fresh Graduate or Experience in BDM or equivalents field.
  • Good in English language, and Chinese language is preferable.
  • Proactive and self-controlled work ethic team-work
  • Closing Skills. Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge,Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals. Professionalism.
  • Good organizational and excellent time management skills.
