JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating meetings and appointments and locking them to GM’s calendar;
- Liaising with potential clients and/or and investors as assigned by GM;
- Following up with tasks assigned by GM;
- Communicating with general staff and managers on matters related to the day-to-day operations of the company;
- Drafting plans and reports on the company’s operation for GM;
- Supporting GM on his plans and strategies for the company;
- Handling general administrative work of the company and other tasks as assigned by GM.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Honest, hard-working, friendly, organized and results-driven;
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to new environments;
- Having great interpersonal skills;
- Willing to learn and practice new skills;
- Having good understanding of marketing concepts and technology related to real estate;
- Ability to convince people to follow the instructions;
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and speaking (Chinese is a plus);
- No experience is needed, but if you are smart and willing to learn, we are willing to teach you.
