JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments and locking them to GM’s calendar;
  • Liaising with potential clients and/or and investors as assigned by GM;
  • Following up with tasks assigned by GM;
  • Communicating with general staff and managers on matters related to the day-to-day operations of the company;
  • Drafting plans and reports on the company’s operation for GM;
  • Supporting GM on his plans and strategies for the company;
  • Handling general administrative work of the company and other tasks as assigned by GM.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Honest, hard-working, friendly, organized and results-driven;
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to new environments;
  • Having great interpersonal skills;
  • Willing to learn and practice new skills;
  • Having good understanding of marketing concepts and technology related to real estate;
  • Ability to convince people to follow the instructions;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and speaking (Chinese is a plus);
  • No experience is needed, but if you are smart and willing to learn, we are willing to teach you.
