JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Manages clients and accounts assigned as well as builds good rapport and relationships to ensure business growth
  • Updates and provides all necessary accounts information to support business decisions
  • Analyzes the business challenges, practices, needs and requirements of clients to uncover needs and opportunities and proposes additional/new projects or service products.
  • Prepares and presents project solutions/proposals to clients, including performing product demonstrations if required.
  • Works closely with different departments on new/existing accounts for smooth transition and workflow to ensure that project deliverable are in line with clients’ requirements
  • Discussing the products, services and advertising requirements of each particular client;
  • Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff;
  • Working with the account service supervisor to brief media, creative and research staff, monitoring, production, event management, and digital media  and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies;
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
  • Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
  • Assist department head to handling budgets and managing campaign costs;
  • Writing reports, keeping records and financial details;
  • Helping to secure new business;
  • Work closely with head of department to monitor the profitability of accounts;
  • Becoming familiar with the nature of clients’ products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these;
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
  • Arranging and attending meetings and reporting on key decisions
  • Other duties assigned  by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor Degree of Marketing or any related fields
  • At least 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in English language or Chinese is an added advantage
  • Accurate with Computer skills (Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skill
  • Clear and articulate verbal and written communication 
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving skills 
  • Critical thinking skills.
